2. Go to
office.com and sign in using your full PCC email address and LancerPoint password.
3. At the Home page, look for one of your Word documents under Quick Access (you may need to create a test document with the Word web app if you don't see a Word file listed), and select More Options (three horizontal dots):
4. Click on Open > Open in desktop. This should link the PCC Microsoft Office license to your device:
A further step would be to reset OneDrive's remembered credentials:

Finally, you can delete preferences manually (Mac version):
1. In the Mac Finder, hold down the Option key and select Go -> Library.
2. Open the Preferences folder and find the preferences that begin with “com.microsoft..”
3. Delete
com.microsoft.office.plist
com.microsoft.shared.plist
com.microsoft.onedrive.plist
It should be safe to delete any other Microsoft Office prefs, but there is probably no need.
4. Log out and back in, and try to sign in to OneDrive, then activate one of the Office applications.
