AppStream: Screen appears to be black or blank
Modified on: Fri, May 26 2023 1:18 PMOn rare occasions, AppStream's app window will appear as a black box instead of showing the app.
- Log out, and close all browser windows
- Open a new browser window and try to log back in
- If you still experience the same issue, please make sure you use Chrome, clear your history/cache (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050), and try again
- Contact helpdesk@pasadena.edu if the problem persists
