If you receive this error message:

    com.ellucian.sso.exception.ApplicationException: UDC Id not available 

Please logout of Lancerpoint, go back to the login screen, and at the login screen, please type your username without space characters after it, and ensure that your browser does not autofill your username with any space characters. 

The main Lancerpoint screen does not care if the username has a space after it, but the system that handles registration add/drops, payments, etc does.
